Our Secret to Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies
The key to the easy simple peanut butter cookies is balancing moisture and sugar. Using both granulated and brown sugar ensures a soft, chewy interior while giving a slight crispness on the edges. Chill the dough for a short time to prevent spreading and maintain shape.
Here’s Our Little Secret: Rest Before Baking
Allowing the dough to rest for 15–20 minutes before baking helps lock in moisture, giving cookies a soft center with just the right crunch.
